Know exactly what to expect when you renovate or build with Elite Kitchens.

OUR PROCESS

1.  Initial consultation & measurements

Our team will meet you at your home to go over your vision, provide expert advice on the design, and take some measurements to be able to draft a design and quote.

2.  Quote & draft design

Once we have all the information from your initial consultation, we will get to work drawing up your design and provide a quote for your approval.

3.  Second consult & measurements onsite

When you’ve accepted your quote, we’ll return to your home to re-check measurements, review the plan and confirm your chosen colours and materials.

4.  Design information pacK

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll give you an information pack containing:


  • Information sheet outlining the process we’ll follow and answering FAQs
  • A copy of your quote and payment plan instructions
  • Scope of works outlining all materials and colour selections
  • Trade schedule confirming all trade contractors that will work on your project
  • Maintenance and care instructions to help you keep your new cabinetry looking and working great for years to come
  • (Optional) a 3D drawing of your final design.

5.  BUILD

With the design finalised, we’ll set to work building your new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, wardrobe or entertainment unit.

6.  INSTALL

The moment you’ve been waiting for! With everything built and ready to go, we’ll return to your home for installation and ensure everything runs according to the schedule set out in your information pack.

  • When will you start work on my project?

    The current wait time is 6 weeks.

  • How long will my kitchen remodel take?

    Our average project turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. 

    This varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

  • Do you supply appliances, taps, basins and the rest?

    Yes. We have accounts with local suppliers with a wide variety of choices to pick from. 

    We recommend that you go to your local supplier to see all ranges available and then advise us on model numbers so we can design your space to suit that appliance or feature.

  • Can I see some products/colour samples?

    After your initial consultation, we’ll provide you with our Materials Selection Guide which has links to all of our suppliers' websites where you can explore their ranges. 

    During the final consultation stage, we can also bring over samples to you to see in person.

  • What if I don’t have an existing wardrobe or cabinet space to renovate?

    No problem - we’ll start from scratch! We can custom design wardrobes and cabinetry to fit into - and suit - any room.
